SV	David nu zat tussen de twee poorten; en de wachter ging op het dak der poort aan den muur, en hief zijn ogen op, en zag, en ziet, er liep een man alleen.
WLC	וְדָוִ֥ד יֹושֵׁ֖ב בֵּין־שְׁנֵ֣י הַשְּׁעָרִ֑ים וַיֵּ֨לֶךְ הַצֹּפֶ֜ה אֶל־גַּ֤ג הַשַּׁ֙עַר֙ אֶל־הַ֣חֹומָ֔ה וַיִּשָּׂ֤א אֶת־עֵינָיו֙ וַיַּ֔רְא וְהִנֵּה־אִ֖ישׁ רָ֥ץ לְבַדֹּֽו׃
Trans.	wəḏāwiḏ ywōšēḇ bên-šənê haššə‘ārîm wayyēleḵə haṣṣōfeh ’el-gaḡ hašš^a‘ar ’el-h^aḥwōmâ wayyiśśā’ ’eṯ-‘ênāyw wayyarə’ wəhinnēh-’îš rāṣ ləḇadwō:

AC	כד ודוד יושב בין שני השערים וילך הצפה אל גג השער אל החומה וישא את עיניו וירא והנה איש רץ לבדו
ASV	Now David was sitting between the two gates: and the watchman went up to the roof of the gate unto the wall, and lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, a man running alone.
BE	Now David was seated between the two town doors; and the watchman went up to the roof of the doorways, on the wall, and, lifting up his eyes, saw a man running by himself.
Darby	And David sat between the two gates; and the watchman went up to the roof of the gate, on to the wall, and lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man running alone.
ELB05	Und David saß zwischen den beiden Toren; und der Wächter ging auf das Dach des Tores, auf die Mauer, und er erhob seine Augen und sah, und siehe, ein Mann, der allein lief.

Sch	David aber saß zwischen den zwei Toren. Und der Wächter ging auf das Dach des Tors auf der Mauer, erhob seine Augen und sah sich um. Siehe, da lief ein Mann allein.
